Service Description
Community Healthcare Network (CHN) offers behavioral health services at all of our centers for adults, children and families. Our trained team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists and social workers work with our primary care teams to ensure that our patients are receiving care that will treat the mind as well as the body. CHN believes that true wellness comes from a healthy mind and body.
We care about your mental, physical, and emotional health. We will work with you one-on-one to meet your needs and your family's needs.
We do not turn anyone away. If you have insurance or do not have insurance, how much you pay for a service is based on how much money you make. If you make less money, you will pay less for care. Language services are available if providers don't already speak English or Spanish.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm; Wednesday 8am-7pm
